As a Workday Solutions Consultant at Meta, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize our Workday platform. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM and related modules to research, design, configure, test, and deploy new functionality that enhances employee experience and operational efficiency. You will proactively maintain platform health, resolve technical issues, and improve end-to-end system flows. The ideal candidate thrives in highly technical environments, brings strong domain knowledge, and communicates complex Workday processes effectively to diverse stakeholders. -BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR or related degree
-Customer-facing experience translating business requirements into technical solutions for non-technical audiences
-Experience with implementing or managing Workday HCM in environments with both first-party and third-party tools
