About the Role
Meta is seeking a UX Researcher to support Growth product teams in delivering user-centered solutions. This role is designed for a contingent worker or independent contractor and is not a full-time Meta employee position. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, analyze user needs, and provide actionable insights to inform product development. This is a remote opportunity available to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous analysis of survey data using R or Python.
Help transform a multi-market survey research program to be AI-first
Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Present research insights to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
Maintain research documentation according to UXR reporting standards and ensure compliance with Meta’s data protection standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Survey Methods, Political Science or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Survey development and study fielding (Data Collection/ Fielding management, Questionnaire design, Sampling / Bias Correction, Weighting Data)
- Strong proficiency in statistical analyses (Linear and non Linear Models, Causal Inference w/observational data, Exploratory Data Analysis, Hierarchical Modeling)
Familiarity with AI-Driven Research Methodology/Innovation and AI automation tools in research workflows.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
