Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Sociology, or other quantitative social science field. Candidates from a biological sciences background can be considered with proven experience in survey data analyses.
Candidates with additional coursework or certifications in User Experience, Market Research, HCI, or Data Analysis are preferred.

Summary:
Meta is seeking a strong Quantitative User Experience Researcher to join our Business Messaging research team. We’re a team focused on understanding why and how consumers and businesses communicate with each other, so we can produce the best products and services and become the primary way that people and businesses to business together. The chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers, product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners, and will have access to cutting edge technology and resources.

Responsibilities
Analyze and synthesize quantitative research findings to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other researchers to integrate user insights into product development.
Present research results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Maintain research documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the research process.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Sociology, or other quantitative social science field. Candidates from a biological sciences background can be considered with proven experience in survey data analyses.
Candidates with additional coursework or certifications in User Experience, Market Research, HCI, or Data Analysis are preferred.
Proven experience in quantitative UX research, including multiple quantitative methodologies (survey design, experimentation) and analytic approaches (e.g., regression, means testing, etc)
Experience with coding languages (R, python, SQL) used in data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to execute and manage multiple projects concurrently and independently within a professional industry environment, and with a strong focus on detail.
Proven ability to deliver research projects on time, track milestones, and proactively report progress to stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a tech/product environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Sociology, or other quantitative social science field.
Experience using AI tools to support faster and more appropriate data analysis
Research experience on large-scale surveys, sentiment measurement, NLP, quantitative content analysis
