Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive sustainability-focused initiatives, with a strong technical foundation in databases and SQL. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data analytics, operations, and sustainability stakeholders—to deliver data-driven program insights that support our environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Program Ownership: Support Data Center IT hardware sustainability-related programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with company sustainability goals.
-Data-Driven Strategy: Design and implement solutions and workflows to track, analyze, and report sustainability metrics.
-SQL/Data Expertise: Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, reports, and dashboards that drive sustainability insights and support operational decisions.
-Data Quality Assurance: Implementing procedures and tools to monitor and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data. This includes identifying and correcting data inconsistencies.
-Data Integration & Migration: Leading project to integrate data from various sources into a centralized system or to new platforms.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and sustainability teams to identify data needs and develop technical solutions.
-Stakeholder Management: Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
-Reporting and Communication: Creating detailed reports on data metrics and insights for senior management and other stakeholders. Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
-Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early and implement mitigation plans to keep projects
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
-7+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on system-level data center hardware development.
-5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Integration & Migration and other related data fields.
-Strong technical background in Database and SQL queries.
-Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with both engineering and executive leadership.
-Sustainability background is a plus.
