Responsibilities
Support Meta's Domains & Off-Platform Enforcement (“DOPE”) team initiatives under the Intellectual Property (“IP”) Legal organization, in conjunction with Meta’s Legal Innovation Technology (“LIT”) TPM team initiatives under the Global Legal Operations & Strategy ("GLOS”) organization, utilizing the GenAI technology stack at Meta.
Provide technical program management support services for DOPE / LIT TPM team initiatives:
Manage multiple programs in parallel across DOPE and LIT.
Manage and maintain program status, generate prototypes, working solutions, and storyboards, including documentation and maintenance tasks.
Identify risks and issues, follow Meta’s documented protocols, and escalate to program/project teams.
Conduct regular meetings to foster transparent communication and collaboration for planning across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Participate, manage, and/or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”), data migration, production rollout, and support.
Identify opportunities to improve program maturity and competency level.
Provide end-to-end technical solution management for the above initiatives, including key projects identified in the DOPE team's project portfolio and communicated in writing.
Participate in quarterly meetings with Meta stakeholders to review priorities and progress on assigned tasks.
Engage in product discovery, requirements gathering, change management, program and project planning, implementation, data migration, reporting, analysis, audit support, maintenance, and documentation.
Review and agree on project output based on priorities, project roadmaps, and team capacity.
Allocate bandwidth, adjust assignments as needed, and deliver outputs on agreed schedules.
Project output will be reviewed and formally approved by Meta against predefined acceptance criteria on a monthly or quarterly basis.
