Summary:
The main function of a software engineer on lead generation Ads product team is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. They will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaign targeting setup to enhance advertiser budget efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will contribute to Lead Gen campaign setup automation.
Will be targeting automation by setting up appropriate A/B test experiments, experiment monitoring and experiment analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions: Architect and code robust, scalable software systems tailored to business needs.
• Drive innovation within the team: Advocate for novel approaches, tools, and technologies to maintain technical excellence.
• Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
