Program Manager, Enablement & Change Management

Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Enablement & Change Management to join our Core Solutions team. We are dedicated to driving the success of our Sales capability roadmap, enabling rapid business growth, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving operational efficiencies. As a member of our Core Solutions team, you will be creating scalable processes, frameworks and playbooks, working cross-functionally to drive adoption and readiness for major tools, workflows and system changes. Candidates should have experience with assessing stakeholder impacts, change management practices, stakeholder communication, learning strategies, content development and documentation.

What you’ll do:

Lead change management strategy and execution, including change assessments to understand the scope and scale of upcoming changes, stakeholder impacts, and potential areas of resistance - ensuring business readiness and alignment.
Define change goals and success metrics in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders; monitor and report on progress and impact.
Enhance project plans with clear enablement deliverables and milestones to support successful solution implementation and user adoption.
Collaborate closely with program managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders; facilitate working sessions, readiness checkpoints, and leadership alignment meetings to keep initiatives on track.
Translate complex product functionality into clear, accessible messaging and narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and iterate on pre- and post-launch learning content; own communications, learning, and knowledge management plans to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
Support project delivery by participating in user acceptance testing, creating training documentation, and delivering training sessions.
Monitor feedback and adoption progress; analyze enablement effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in program management, change management, sales enablement, or learning and development.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, organization and stakeholder engagement skills, including building relationships and fostering trust quickly.
Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Expertise in developing impactful learning content (e.g., playbooks, one-pagers, demos, case studies).
Experience with Google Suite, project management and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Prosci ADKAR Model certification or similar change management framework.
Experience producing written and video content in innovative formats.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, survey tools, and reporting platforms.
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams.
