Meta Legal is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and skilled Program Manager to join the Head of Legal Community and team within the LegalOps Project Management (PMO) Office. This person will help bring focus, delivering results, and cohesion to growing central community and connection initiatives. This team develops, executes, and scales high-impact, high-visibility central programs that foster an inclusive and connected Meta Legal Org, builds community across employees, and engages and retains our talent.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, highly motivated, with the ability to move fast, adapt, and be comfortable operating with autonomy in an ambiguous environment. Strong communication and project/event management skills, and ability to problem solve, own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance, and develop strong partnerships are essential.
