Program Manager III

The Supply Chain Program Manager will act as the primary operations contact for Infrastructure ASIC programs. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be responsible for Contract Management, Purchase Request/Purchase Order Processing, Supplier Onboarding, Silicon Sample shipments during silicon validation, and analytics to support spend and saving updates.You will be part of a team working to manage all infrastructure custom silicon programs. This position is part of the Sourcing and Operations Engineering team reporting to the Global Technology Sourcing team.

Responsibilities:

• Support Contract routing/management including NDA, SOW, Order Forms, etc.
• Own the end to end tools/documentation from initiating Purchase Request to placing purchase order.
• Support Supplier onboarding through system and tools.
• Monitor and track silicon NPI SSOT/shipments.
• Support the logistics arrangement of silicon sample shipments including communication with trade-ops, logistics escalations, shipment expedites etc.
• Report out spend actual/forecast updates
• Own the monthly Pricing Update for all custom silicon

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Procurement domain
• Experience in semiconductor component procurement, operations and planning
• Good with analytical tools like MS Excel/Google suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in contract management
• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes (forecasting, demand/supply planning, fulfillment)
