Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Program Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to manage program execution and communication.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating executive-level meetings.
Preparing and auditing program content.
Tracking and driving action items to completion.
Providing clear, concise written summaries of complex topics.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in program management, project management, or operations (or equivalent experience).
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to drive execution and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Program Tools: Proficiency in creating program plans, tracking progress, and reporting status using common tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, collaboration tools).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear updates.
Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing needs.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
