Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our warehousing, document scanning, and quality assurance (QA) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, inventory management, team leadership, and digitization processes. This role requires innovative thinking to enhance operational efficiency, ensure high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes for document scanning, indexing, storage, and warehousing operations.
· Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of physical documents and materials, ensuring seamless integration with digitization processes.
· Operational Leadership: Oversee document scanning, QA specialists, and warehouse staff, providing guidance and subject matter expertise
· Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards in document preparation, scanning, indexing, and capture.
· Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
· Innovation and Adaptability: Employ out-of-the-box thinking to stay ahead of changing operational needs and technological advancements.
· Scaling Operations: Demonstrate experience in setting up operations from inception and scaling them effectively.

Requirements:
· Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in document scanning, inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in a start-up environment
· Process Optimization: Proven track record of creating efficiencies and improving processes in a similar operation.
· Quality Assurance: Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and experience in implementing quality control processes.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in document scanning software, inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and warehousing management systems.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Language Requirement: Proficiency in English
