Summary:
The AI Program Management team is seeking a program coordinator to plan, coordinate, and track operational processes to support the execution of the Generative AI team. The program coordinator will play a key role in the logistical operations and execution of a cross-functional multi-stakeholder program.
Job Responsibilities:
Support all execution-related tasks to ensure strong program management. Illustrative tasks might include: (1) Review red teaming schedule and ensure instructions are clear for annotators (2) Support technical unblocking of red teaming exercises (3) Track performance of annotators (4) Support strategic planning for red teaming program
Liaise with technical writers, program coordinators, program manager, and engineers to ensure progress towards the team’s goals
Partner with engineering teams within Meta
Required Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong project management skills, including building tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, and workflow.
Strong technical skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with annotating/red teaming
Experience building efficient operational workflows
Excellent data driven decision making skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years professional experience
