Program Coordinator III

Job Description :

The AI Program Management team is seeking a program coordinator to plan, coordinate, and track operational processes to support the execution of AI programs. The program coordinator will play a key role in the logistical operations and execution of cross-functional multi-stakeholder programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all execution-related tasks in order to deliver programs. Illustrative tasks might include: (1) draft statements of work, (2) coordinate contract submission, payment processing, and vendor onboarding (3) manage team project tracking tools
• Liaise with internal Researchers and external Principal Investigators to support scoping of Sponsored Research Agreements
• Provide logistics support for in-person events and conferences
• Partner with cross-functional teams within Meta

Required Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong project management skills, including building tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, and workflow.
• Strong technical skills in google suite (docs, sheets, etc)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating contracting processes and building efficient operational workflows

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years professional experience.

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $35.82/hour - $43.96/hour
