About the Role

Meta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator I to join our team. As a Program Coordinator I, you will play a critical role as a Pod Lead in facilitating daily red teaming operations, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams, and driving the onboarding and training process for new red teamers.


Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily red teaming sessions, identifying and flagging any blocks or issues to Safety Eng, requesting Eng, and Ops coordinators

Relay red teaming needs to CWHR and Suppliers, ensuring timely and effective communication

Provide feedback on harmful content on category

Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training processes for new red teamers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

Test model capability for red teaming in advance of sessions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes

Request and review instructions received for red teaming, flagging any issues or concerns to Eng and ensuring that all instructions are clear and actionable

Monitor and maintain the red teaming playground and dashboard, flagging any technical issues or discrepancies and working with Eng to resolve them

Write and review initial reports for English red teaming, ensuring accuracy and quality

Requirements

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and take initiative, with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

Experience with project coordination or a related field is preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

Familiarity with generative AI and/or red teaming concepts and practices

Certification in operations coordination or a related field (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
