The Sales Experiences & Platform team is creating best-in-class tools that maximize impact for Meta’s sales teams.
The team’s vision is to empower Meta sales people to deliver exceptional client outcomes through smart, data-driven tools. Sales Experiences & Platform supports sales teams by providing actionable insights and automating key processes, driving efficiency and better results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to understand business objectives, identity opportunities, and create effective design solutions that drive business results
- Designing the end-to-end user experiences for products, where you will be driving and/or collaborating with other designers on the research, ideation, prototyping, and validation of those experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to ensure designs are executed effectively and to the highest standards
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what’s possible
- Champion user-centered design principles and ensure designs are grounded in user insights, data and are accessible to the largest audience possible
- Influence stakeholders and and build relationships across the organization
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in user centered experience design
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in designing successful experiences
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Practical experience working in desktop web platforms, with an understanding on responsive design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across an organization
- A track record of delivering high-quality, design solutions that users love
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
