Meta is looking for a Product Designer skilled in production design to support the Business Communications platform team that enables Meta to ensure creators, businesses, and advertisers see essential, impactful, and relevant communications about their businesses and ads in and outside of product.;
Qualification:
Hard Skills: 5+ years’ relevant production design, growth design or design systems experience
Experience designing for internal or enterprise tools in addition to consumer design
Experience with process and governance design Expert working within Figma
Familiar with WCAG accessibility guidelines
Soft Skills: Excellent and clear communicator
Works quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality
Systems-thinker who is able to work within complex platforms
Familiar and comfortable with contributing to design systems guidance and documentation overall
Job description: This designer will focus in two areas, designing for advertisers and businesses that rely on Meta to run and grow their business:
1) Growth design to deliver rapid experiments to improve the message experience and funnel conversion
2) Improve platform foundations & the governance tooling used to ensure product teams adhere to message channel frameworks and guidelines when reaching Meta advertisers
Responsibilities: Explore high-level design solutions and approaches to identify the most viable design solutions in line with product requirements Deliver clear, detailed, and high-quality design specs in Figma to engineering for build Partner closely with PM, Engineering, and Design peers on all work Update and maintain related design documentation Proactively participate in Design QA and identify any bugs
