The Cross Meta Design Tools team is supercharging Designer workflow with Al tooling. We are looking for Product Designers with high craft, an eye for detail, and a willingness to work independently to join our team. Working in partnership with Product Designers within the team and across Meta Design Systems, this role will be critical to ensuring we meet our ambitious Al goals as an organization.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to emerging AI solutions for designers
- Evaluate design quality across Design Systems and teams at Meta
- Improve model efficacy through labeling and review
- Validate review and labeling workflows, processes, and tooling
- This role is for you if:
- Experience: You have at least 4+ years of professional experience in product design. This foundation enables you to operate independently, contribute at a high level, and mentor others when needed.
Skills:
- You know Figma inside and out, and have hands-on experience with Design Systems and Design Quality initiatives.
- Detail-Oriented: You dig into the details, evaluate holistically, and have processes to ensure nothing is missed.
- Strong Communicator: You share ideas clearly, keep stakeholders informed, and quickly incorporate feedback.
- Design Expertise: You have a deep understanding of core design principles and visual design fundamentals, with comfort across platforms.
- Exceptional Craft: You excel in prototyping, interaction design, and visual design, with a track record of shaping simple, elegant solutions.
- Tech Enthusiast: You are passionate about emerging technologies and eager to support their development from the ground up.
