Role Mandate:
The main function of a Product Content Designer is to partner with a team of Meta product managers, designers, engineers and product marketers to plan and create the content for new products that expand access to Meta devices (such as VR headsets) in order to help people meet their health and wellness goals.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with product managers and partnership managers to develop and execute on briefs for health-related content
• Coordinate approvals and alignment with a broad range of stakeholders
• Establish processes for working with content design
• Plan, write, edit, test and improve health-related content across Meta experiences
• Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global content audience
• Share your work and give feedback to teammates
• Execute the above in a deadline-driven environment
Skills
• Ability to work independently while escalating issues to management as necessary
• Self-motivated, persuasive, enthusiastic and eager-to-collaborate personality
• Ability to educate stakeholders on the work of content design and build processes for collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Qualification
• 10+ years working with content for web, mobile or VR experiences
• Ability to scope and tailor a design life cycle for a given project, identify the design requirements necessary for success, and communicate when they need to happen (research, execution, testing, or iteration)
• Familiar with Figma and Google Drive

Preferred Qualification
• Experience working with health, science or other technically- or privacy-complex topics
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
