About the Role:
As a People Development Facilitator at Meta, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with our organizational goals and support employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Design and Delivery: Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored to various learning styles and needs.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with team leaders and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
• Content Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development to continuously enhance training offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives and company culture.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
• Experience in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
