About the Role:
As a People Development Coach at Meta, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting employees to reach their full potential. You will work closely with individuals and teams to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth through personalized coaching and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to employees, focusing on personal and professional development.
• Goal Setting: Assist employees in setting and achieving realistic career goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop tailored action plans to enhance employee performance and productivity.
• Feedback and Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and succeed.
• Program Development: Collaborate with the People Development Team to design and implement coaching programs and initiatives.
• Continuous Learning: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role within a corporate environment.

Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using coaching tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, CCE).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
