Leasing Portfolio Manager

Meta designs, builds, leases, and operates the most innovative and efficient data centers in the world. Locating, developing and managing this data center infrastructure the "right" way is synonymous with ensuring high uptime, capacity availability, flexibility and capital and operational cost efficiency. Meta is seeking an experienced, organized, and collaborative Leasing Portfolio Manager to join the Data Center team.

The Leasing Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management and administration of Meta’s leased and colocated data center portfolio. This role ensures the accuracy of rent rolls, compliance with audit requirements, effective lease negotiations, and seamless cross-functional communication. The Portfolio Manager acts as a key escalation point for both internal teams and landlords, driving process improvements and maintaining robust reporting and documentation standards.

The Leasing Portfolio Manager has extensive experience abstracting and administering complex lease agreements and has a keen capacity to think both strategically and analytically. They have enhanced project management and communication skills and are able to closely communicate with cross-functional teams during the build-out and commissioning of data center leased facilities to ensure compliance with executed lease terms.

Qualifications
Portfolio Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration or contract management
