Summary:

We are seeking a Contingent Site Selection Leasing Diligence Manager to support our site selection team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will lead the due diligence process for new lease opportunities and lease negotiations, ensuring all potential sites meet company standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful site selection and leasing outcomes within defined project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Site Due Diligence & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Ensure Meta has NDAs in place prior to beginning any material information exchanges.
o Collect requisite information from providers to then disseminate to internal reviewers.
o Gather and maintain internal reviewers’ feedback throughout the diligence and contracting processes.
o Lead handoff process to execution teams.
o Identify and help mitigate risks associated with each lease opportunity.
• Lease Negotiation Support:
o Support the Negotiator Lead by tracking the various components of a lease and where each piece resides and setting up negotiation sessions to close out issues.
o Work closely with the Negotiator Lead and Legal to get lease to execution.
o Submit Third Party Assessments to enable lease execution.
o Route lease contracts for review and approvals.
• Documentation & Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for all diligence activities. Present findings and recommendations to project leads.
o Update programmatic dashboards with requisite information.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in site selection, construction management, or property diligence (contingent/contract experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate due diligence and lease negotiation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with data center construction.
• Proficiency in real estate management software.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
