Responsibilities
Integrate, bring up, and maintain network labs owned by the Netcastle team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lab infrastructure
Identify and resolve technical network and system issues during installation and bring-up of network equipment
Troubleshoot complex problems and provide timely solutions
Coordinate the delivery and installation of new network products
Test switch testbed installations to ensure they are ready to be used by other software teams to validate their software
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliability of network equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management
Must Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in network lab environment development
Proficiency in network switch infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced team environments
Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred Skills
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
Knowledge of network security best practices
Experience with inventory management systems
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
