SUMMARY
This position will work with subject matter experts (SME) and the Global EHS Training team to coordinate the development EHS training modules using Articulate Software including Storyline and Rise, and maintain training requirements in Lab Hub based on current EHS training requirements. The ideal candidate has strengths in instructional design, partnership with SMEs to create training projects, ability to move fast in everchanging environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, manage and monitor training programs as well as learning and development activities from conception to implementation
- Develop training classes in training software such as Articulate and maintain training matrix, and make course content updates as needed
- Work with contributors to revise trainings before formal launch and support the EHS's team efforts in streamlining eLearning and training classes
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure trainings are functional with correct content provided by SMEs and are launched properly
- Maintain and monitor training requirements in Lab Hub based on current EHS training requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Journalism, English, Psychology, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Must be highly proficient in using the Articulate Software
- Proficient with Google Drive, including Doc, Sheets, Drive and Slides
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude, who is flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced company environment.
- Must be highly organized and possess a high degree of attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal experience for all audience levels. Experience interacting with employees at all levels in a team environment
- Ability to juggle numerous workstreams
