Contingent worker agrees to notify Meta CWAM of any potential conflicts of interest, including but not limited to past and active Meta
assignments that may overlap with the scope of the internal audit assignment for past 1 year.
• Perform day-to-day audit-related activities at the direction of Meta FTE
• All activities will be performed leveraging Meta Internal Audit methodology and frameworks
• Internal audit related activities include:
• Advise on risks that should be considered for the audit.
• Work with Meta FTE to provide support on scoping document and planning memo
• Assist in conducting walkthroughs/interviews with key business process owners to understand the process for identifying,
prioritizing, tracking, remediating and reporting of vulnerabilities.
• Obtain and analyze existing documentation such as policies standards and procedure relating internal audit scope area
• Assist in building the test plan, providing revisions during walkthroughs
• Review detailed meeting notes and follow-ups, open items for sufficient control and evidence coverage
• Lead scheduling and coordination of meetings with key Meta stakeholders.
• Draft periodic status update for review prior to communication out to Meta Stakeholders
• Build observation logs and assess each item through tests
• Prepare and present reports that reflect internal control results and document review findings in a Meta provided template
• Support drafting of presentation summarizing findings/conclusions and final report (as necessary)
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and issues and provide suggestions and alternatives.
• Resource can only be managed and receive direction from Meta FTE’s

Responsibilities do not include:
• Managing or directing other CW resources or Meta FTE’s
• Reviewing the work of other CW resources or Meta FTE’s
