Summary:
The main function of an illustrator is to use their creative skills to draft original images for printed and digital products. The typical illustrator will work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and media into illustrations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with executive leadership and project managers to draft direction of illustration team
• Lead in the creative process of the illustrating team.
• Approve team’s concept sketches and project plans.
• Design story boards for leadership.
• Produce final illustrations.
• Gather and administer feedback of illustrations from different teams.
Skills:
• Ability to take concepts and create visual designs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet agreed timelines.
• Project management skills.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in art, illustration, or related field.
