Creative X is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop the vision for next-generation creative advertising for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our hardware products.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The ideal candidate will blend strong foundational design principles with an expert command of generative AI technologies to produce cutting-edge visual experiences. You should be able to work independently from a brief, prioritize tasks, track essential details, and deliverables across multiple projects. You will design, animate, and deliver high-impact workflows and assets for a variety of campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and external agencies. Your expertise in both traditional design and AI-powered creative tools will help us set new standards for engaging, innovative advertising.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and design marketing assets, social content, and product launches across Meta’s Ads Manager and family of apps.
Build and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-driven animation, automated asset creation) to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and other designers to develop cohesive visual narratives.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and design trends, proactively recommending new approaches, tools, and innovating workflows.
Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years of graphic design experience on marketing assets and social video content
Strong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
Hands-on experience with AI-powered node-based creative tools including Weavy.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
Excellent knowledge of current industry standard audio/video formats and codecs
Experience with digital content management systems, digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage content
Ideally has B2B experience
