ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an AI-Fluent Creative Director with deep art direction expertise to lead the next generation of performance marketing for Meta. In this hands-on role, you will sit at the intersection of world-class craft and cutting-edge technology, leveraging AI to accelerate the development of innovative, concept-driven digital DR ads for small and mid-size business audiences. As a creative leader, you will be responsible for pioneering AI-integrated workflows and guiding external agencies to deliver high-impact, strategic work that scales efficiently and drives measurable revenue for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pioneers the integration of AI and GenAI tools across the creative lifecycle, from high-level ideation and conceptualization to full-scale production and asset iteration.
Develops and leads creative concepts for ongoing digital marketing campaigns (on- and off-platform) by blending traditional art direction with AI-augmented workflows to enhance storytelling and visual impact while ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
Excels in the ability to ideate, develop, and refine campaign ideas.
Provides constructive guidance to external agencies ensuring their output leverages AI tools to meet our standards for innovation, speed, and creative excellence.
Fosters strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Designs and develops visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding.
Creates on-brand design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance campaign visuals.
Stays up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing and implements relevant insights on the work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with AI and generative AI tools and workflows, with a proven ability to leverage these technologies to scale creative output and drive performance marketing results.
5-8 years of work experience as a Creative Director in digital advertising and performance marketing or lead in a creative/design related occupation.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Art Direction, or equivalent experience.
Portfolio that showcases the ability to develop innovative, concept-driven campaigns that drive results, a mastery of art direction, and design principles for digital ads, including specific examples of how AI, GenAI, and AI workflows were utilized to enhance the creative process or final output.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, direct response/performance marketing and Meta’s advertising tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
