We are looking for a passionate data-driven individual with project management experience in operations and a pragmatic systems mindset to join Integrations Operations to support the community and help foster a safe culture across products we support. This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations through escalation management, QA testing, and systems betterment to inform recommendations for improving the overall experience for the community.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields.

Prior project management experience in operations
Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g. Tableau) and data analysis methodologies, medium+ proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel skills, and data visualisation (like pivot tables)

Prior experience leveraging data to provide recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of operations

Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance community safety and efficiency.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights on trends like policy violations and emerging abuse.
Oversee and expand metric monitoring systems to track performance and quality.
Triage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Perform system audits, quality tests, and QA to maintain operational compliance and effectiveness.
Analyze data using SQL, dashboards, Excel, and pivot tables to generate actionable insights.
Drive policy and quality improvements within content moderation and operational workflows.
Stay current on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and integrity policies; report project status, risks, and needs regularly to stakeholders.
