We are looking for a passionate, data driven individual with operations experience to join Integrations Operations. This individual will be responsible for managing and consolidating information, coordinating and developing reporting, and providing actionable insights to inform decisions.

1. Proficient in handling large amounts of data in Excel, Google Sheets or other tools
2. Experience with data analysis and interpreting operational metrics (SQL is a plus)

1. Prior experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors and delivering accurate, timely reports to support vendor performance and compliance monitoring.

4. Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or process improvement tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Comfortable handling sensitive data, performing thorough error checks on datasets, and analyzing combined data to identify and drive efficiency improvements.
- Flexing between projects as demand requires; adjusting to new project guidelines week over week and learning multiple project guidelines at once.
- Managing and consolidating resource information, coordinating reporting with external partners, and monitoring priority item lists to support operational efficiency.
- Supports the maintenance and refinement of performance reports while monitoring key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align efforts and ensure shared understanding of progress toward goals.
