We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Agency Partner Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. **Job Responsibilities:**
1. **Agency Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies, acting as the main point of contact for all communications.
- Collaborate with agencies to pull valuable product insights, providing actionable feedback to improve marketing strategies.
2. **Issue Troubleshooting:**
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise between advertisers and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective problem resolution.
3. **Email Outreach:**
- Develop and implement email outreach campaigns to engage agencies, fostering active communication and understanding their needs and concerns.
4. **Tool Proficiency:**
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and proficiency in using our tools, including CRM, Workbench, SRT, and IDD, to facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution.
5. **Escalation Paths:**
- Understand and follow the escalation paths within the organization, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
6. **Conscientiousness and Responsiveness:**
- Be conscientious in handling agency inquiries, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in responses.
- Respond promptly to agency communications, providing timely updates and resolutions to their queries and concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a marketing agency partnership or client relations role.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, Workbench, SRT, and IDD tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and marketing technologies.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $41.74/hour - $57.79/hour
